Even though the Lord Mayor of Brisbane, Campbell Newman, has kindly given us concessions on the use of the River Stage we still need to produce the show. To this end we have established the Beneath the Stars Foundation Trust as a non-profit entity with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission.

The Beneath the Stars Foundation Trust has applied to the Australian Taxation Office for registration as a Designated Gift Recipient (DGR). Once approval is received from the ATO all monies donated to Beneath the Stars will have full tax deductibility. Donations received by Beneath the Stars Foundation prior to DGR approval will still be tax deductible.
