Is James’ story true?

This an important question, especially considering the fact that we are seeking to raise funds to produce the concert.

James has had a great team helping him keep well over the last 13 years. Fell free to contact any of the following people who are a part of that team.

  • Professor Ross Pinkerton: Head of Oncology - Mater Children’s Hospital, Brisbane
  • Dr Rob Campbell: Head of Paediatric Neurosurgery - Mater Children’s Hospital, Brisbane
  • Dr Ian Robertson: James Paediatrician since the day James was born. Ian was the first person to diagnose James as having Neurofibromatosis
  • Dr Geoff Wallace: Consulting Neurologist to the Mater Children’s Hospital, Brisbane
  • Professor Tim Sullivan: Consulting Paediatric Ophthalmologist at the Royal Children’s Hospital Brisbane and the first person to diagnose James’ Optic Glioma
  • Barbra Sutton: James’ Starlight Wish coordinator when James was ten – you can get her through the Starlight Children’s Foundation in Brisbane
  • Ms Charmaine Driver: Principal of Darling Point Special School, Wynnum, Queensland. James has been attending DPSS for the last 3 years
